Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) Under European law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us within the 14-day period by email: info@rozaar.com
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return Conditions The returned item must be unused, in its original sealed and unopened packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find a defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@rozaar.com
Non-Returnable Items The right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), to:
- Fragrances with opened packaging for hygiene and consumer protection reasons
- Fragrances sold without a box and explicitly marked as final sale
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is intact and untampered, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
